
Emotional release through the body is an excellent practice in combination with Hypnosis and is another method to access, process and release stored emotions within the body and triggers. A process combining with movement, voice and breath.
Internalisation of negative feelings leads to rooting it deeper in the psychic, further limiting one’s belief system and making them even stronger. Hormonal system acts as a glue, creating a stronger matrix in your brain. All this while stagnant adrenalin keeps piling up…. until a person comes to a full steam. This can lead to emotional and physical burnout.
Unresolved emotional experiences can manifest physically as tension, pain… so called “energy blockages”, or feeling stuck.

Breaking negative patterns requires huge amount of energy. Your old belief system, where your mental energy capacity is stored, plus thinking positive can increase self pressure.

What if you defuel an old system and transfer such power to a new one. You still let the old mind set to exist, but you support a new recreational pattern, through the acknowledgment of negative thoughts and respect to own reactions. Creating a new and different choice, can lead to a BREAKTHROUGH.

This can be gradually interlinked and transfered to a new emotional self. In the modern world, our emotional part is likely fragmented. Kepping you stuck in different parts of your past. Traumas, even coming from early chilhood, imprint neuro reaction forming and layering experiences.
Sometimes unspoken words, withdrawal from reaction, unexpressed feelings.... With time the voice gets dull, quieter, facial muscles hardened and become less flexible, less smile and lips are more sealed and sparks in the eyes deminished.
Lack of self expresssion leads to body closure.
Our vocal cords are also muscles and a great emotional storage. The voice can express personality and it is the most POWERFUL TOOL in HEALING!

Stress and Traumas: Can help release chronic stress and traumatic experiences, which are stored in the body, particularly the hips, shoulders and jaw. Helping to reach a more harmonious state of mind and feel more grounded.
“Emotional Blockage” or “Energy Blockage”: Some clients explain as heavy sensation in particular part of the body, muscle tension, stiffness or preassure. Very effective to release your voice, since negative emotions influence the voice, making it sound dull and less vibrant. People losing self expression.

How it works:

During every session of Emotional Release through the body, I will give you guided support using Hypnotic induction. Body language is a great roadmap to identify traumas. Muscle movements, relaxation and contraction, breath and your voice are all what you need for the session.
Recalled memory is connected and will elevate feelings from within to the actual matter. Which is your BODY!
Sometimes people cry, yawn and feeling very tired. All is a good sign of release.
You may release unwanted emotional clutter and finding the inner peace, or feeling balance and grounding.
After finishing with anchoring new feelings to replace old self believe, I will navigate you through the process again through body movement, breath and the voice.
I can help you to live through the process of gradual detachment from unwanted feelings, or something of no emotional use in your life, but is still haunting you.
The process usually takes between 2 to 3 hours.
