Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that can support healing and improvement in physical, emotional and psychological conditions.  It can help to create focused attention and deep relaxation in a client and help explore their subconscious thoughts, emotions and behaviours. In such state a client is more receptive to positive suggestions.

  • Self-Worth: It can help a client reframe negative self-perceptions and foster a strong sense of self-esteem

How it works:

During a session, the practitioner may guide a client through relaxation techniques, deepening the breath, visualisations. When achieved, a deepened relaxed state, the conscious mind takes a step back, allowing access to the subconscious, where beliefs, memories, and automatic behaviours reside.

Being fully aware of the process of hypnosis, a client has the full support from the practitioner and a safe space allowing to help to reprogram thoughts pattern, reduce negative emotions and empower positive change. Like defueling excessive emotional charge from the memory and bypassing critical mind.

After a gradual awakening and emerging to a more focused and refreshed state, the client is in a position to receive positive suggestions, or work to uncover underlying psychological patterns or traumas to promote POSITIVE CHANGE!
